Creamy Smoked Salmon Bites with Cucumbers recipe

These tiny appetizers pack a flavorful punch in a small bite. Thick, rich, and creamy, they make a great accompaniment for any brunch or cocktail party.


1 long seedless cucumber, sliced
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 (6-ounce) package smoked salmon, cut into ½-inch pieces


1) Arrange cucumber slices on a large serving platter. Set aside.

2) Beat together cream cheese, butter, horseradish, and dill until smooth. Spoon dollops of mixture onto each cucumber slice. Top with a piece of salmon. Serve immediately or chilled.
